Project Overview
This project involves a stationary aggregate crushing production line supplied by Zhongyi Mining for Qingjian Group’s highway construction project in Africa. With a designed processing capacity of 200 TPH aggregate crushing plant, the line is configured to process raw stone material into graded construction aggregate.
The equipment configuration includes primary and fine jaw crushers, a GP-series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, vibrating screens, and supporting conveying equipment. After the equipment was manufactured, it was packed for export and shipped to Africa on March 18. Zhongyi Mining engineers subsequently provided on-site installation guidance and commissioning support. The line was commissioned and put into operation to supply aggregate for local highway construction.
Zhongyi Aggregate Crushing Solution
Zhongyi Mining configured a multi-stage stationary crushing and screening process for the project. The equipment arrangement combines primary jaw crushing, secondary size reduction, cone crushing, and vibrating screen classification to produce graded aggregate.
- Primary Jaw Crusher: Performs coarse crushing of large raw stone.
- Fine Jaw Crusher: Provides a further stage of size reduction before cone crushing.
- GP-Series Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: Performs fine crushing, with hydraulic discharge-opening adjustment to suit the required product grading.
- Vibrating Screen: Separates crushed material into different size fractions. Oversized material can be returned for further crushing when required.
The stationary configuration connects the crushing and screening stages into a complete production line. Equipment positioning, conveyor connections, and the final plant arrangement are coordinated according to the site layout and installation requirements.

After installation and commissioning, the production line entered regular operation to supply aggregate for highway construction. The jaw crushers, cone crusher, and vibrating screens work in sequence to reduce the raw material and classify the resulting aggregate into the required size fractions.
Project information indicates that the finished aggregate had satisfactory particle shape for the customer’s intended applications. The customer also reported positive feedback on equipment operation and the support provided during project implementation. Detailed production records, aggregate test reports, and quantified operating-cost data were not included in the available project information.
