KYF rougher flotation cells are air-inflation mechanical flotation machines designed for mineral beneficiation. An external blower supplies air, while the impeller circulates ore slurry and disperses bubbles to support mineral separation. They are commonly used in rougher and scavenger circuits for suitable metallic ores.

KYF cells can operate in multi-cell circuits or combine with XCF flotation cells to meet different plant layout and slurry transfer requirements. The Raymond Mill is a dry grinding machine for producing controlled-fineness powder from limestone, barite, dolomite, gypsum, and other suitable minerals. Its roller-and-ring grinding system reduces the feed material, while an air classifier separates fine powder from coarse particles for further grinding.

The mill integrates grinding, air classification, and powder collection in a closed-circuit system for continuous mineral powder production. Zhongyi Mining’s current reference range is 0.8–20 TPH capacity, ≤30 mm feed size, and 80–325 mesh output fineness, with the actual configuration determined by material properties and product requirements.

The Bucket Wheel Sand Washing and Recycling Machine combines sand washing with fine-sand recovery for wet aggregate and manufactured-sand processing. The bucket wheel removes mud, clay, and other impurities, while the recovery system separates usable fine sand from the washing slurry to reduce fines loss.
