Project Overview
The customer in Guangdong required a mobile crushing and sand making production line with a design capacity of 200 TPH for rock processing and manufactured sand production. The project uses three wheel-mounted mobile units: a mobile jaw crushing station, a mobile cone crushing and screening station, and a mobile VSI crushing and screening station. This configuration integrates the main processing stages into a mobile production line that can be arranged according to site conditions.
After the equipment was delivered to the project site, Zhongyi Mining engineers provided on-site installation guidance and commissioning support. The three mobile units were installed and connected into a complete production system, which completed commissioning and was prepared for trial operation.

Zhongyi Mining configured a three-stage mobile crushing and screening process to meet the project’s 200 TPH design capacity and sand production requirements.
- Mobile Jaw Crushing Station: Performs primary crushing, reducing large rock pieces to a suitable size for the next stage.
- Mobile Cone Crushing & Screening Station: Handles secondary crushing and size classification. Oversized material is returned to the cone crusher for further crushing in a closed circuit.
- Mobile VSI Crushing & Screening Station: Receives material smaller than 45 mm for further crushing, particle shaping, and final screening.
The VSI crusher supports both rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron operating modes, allowing the crushing method to be selected according to feed characteristics and product requirements. The wheel-mounted design integrates the main processing equipment on mobile chassis, reducing dependence on extensive permanent foundations and allowing greater flexibility in equipment placement.

After installation and commissioning, the three mobile units were connected as a complete production line and prepared for trial operation. The arrangement covers primary crushing, secondary crushing, closed-circuit screening, VSI shaping, and final classification within one mobile system.
The cone crushing stage returns oversized material for further reduction, while the VSI unit provides an additional crushing and shaping stage for manufactured sand production. The final product gradation and particle shape can be checked and adjusted during trial operation according to the incoming rock characteristics and the customer’s product requirements.
Project Value & Long-Term Support
The 200 TPH mobile production line integrates jaw crushing, cone crushing and screening, and VSI crushing and screening into three wheel-mounted units. This arrangement reduces the need for extensive fixed-plant infrastructure and allows the equipment layout to be adapted to the project site.
