Located in Xining, Qinghai, this stationary sand and aggregate production line project was designed to process 3,000 tons of mine ore per day. Before equipment configuration, Zhongyi Mining conducted an on-site investigation to assess the ore characteristics and site conditions, then developed a crushing and screening solution to meet the project requirements.
The production line uses a compact equipment layout to make better use of the available site space and coordinate material transfer between processing stages. A dedicated electrical control system manages equipment operation and material flow. After equipment delivery, Zhongyi engineers provided on-site installation guidance, helped address construction and installation issues, and supported commissioning. The complete production line was subsequently put into operation.
Zhongyi Ore Crushing & Aggregate Production Solution
For the Xining project, Zhongyi Mining configured a two-stage crushing and screening process using a concasseur à mâchoires for primary crushing and a concasseur à cône for secondary crushing.
Blasted ore is first stored in the raw-material bin and evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for primary size reduction. The coarsely crushed material is then conveyed to the cone crusher for further crushing. After secondary crushing, the material enters a vibrating screen for particle-size classification, separating the finished aggregate into the required size fractions.
The equipment arrangement was planned around the site conditions to maintain a coordinated material flow between the crushing and screening units. The layout also provides access for routine inspection and equipment maintenance.

Performances sur site
After installation and commissioning, the 3,000 TPD crushing and screening line was formally put into production. The jaw crusher, cone crusher, and vibrating screen operate in coordination to process the incoming ore and classify the crushed material into finished aggregate fractions.
According to the project information, the finished aggregates have good quality with relatively low stone-powder content. The production line has provided economic benefits for the customer. Zhongyi’s after-sales technical team also provides on-site assistance when operational problems require troubleshooting.
