A magnetic separator uses magnetic force to recover magnetic minerals or remove iron contamination. It comes with permanent magnet or electromagnetic circuits, wet or dry configurations, and wear-resistant tanks and drums. It handles roughing, cleaning, and scavenging to boost recovery and grade. Alumina Rotary Kiln for Bauxite Calcination is a high-temperature rotary thermal system designed for continuous conversion of bauxite into alumina through controlled calcination. It operates under stable high-temperature conditions (typically 1200–1,300°C), ensuring efficient dehydration and chemical transformation of raw bauxite into high-purity alumina material.

Zhongyi supplies lime rotary kiln systems for active lime production, steel metallurgy, sugar refining, magnesium smelting, and building material plants. The kiln supports stable calcination at 900-1,200°C, consistent residence time, and controlled fuel consumption for limestone with suitable CaCO3 content. Suitable materials include limestone, dolomite, chalk, marble tailings, and selected calcium-rich industrial minerals.

Zhongyi manufactures vertical lime kilns for producing quicklime from limestone with feed sizes up to 80 mm and daily output of 100–600 tons. Our shaft kilns use counter-flow calcination at 1,050–1,200 °C, delivering consistent CaO activity above 300 mL (4N HCl test) and fuel consumption of 120–140 kg coal per ton of quicklime. Applicable to limestone, dolomite, and chalk for steelmaking, sugar refining, flue gas desulfurization, and chemical processing, our provide complete lime plant equipment with engineering support for overseas projects.
