FAQ

1.Can you provide a complete mineral processing production line solution based on our ore?

Yes. Based on the ore type, daily processing capacity, and site conditions, we provide a full range of EPC turnkey services, including ore testing, process design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and personnel training.

2.What information do you need to provide an accurate quote?

We need you to provide: ore type (gold, silver, copper, iron, etc.), hourly/daily processing capacity, feed particle size, product specifications, on-site voltage, site dimensions, and approximate investment budget.

3.Can your company conduct ore processability tests and sample analysis?

Yes. We can perform beneficiation tests on ores such as gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, and zinc to verify recovery rates and concentrate grades, providing data support for process design and equipment selection.

4.Can the equipment and production lines be customized to our operating conditions?

Yes. Crushers, ball mills, flotation machines, rotary kilns, and other equipment can all be customized, including material, capacity, configuration, corrosion protection, explosion protection, and automated control systems.

5.How long is the production cycle for a complete mineral processing or calcination production line?

Standard equipment typically takes 30–45 days, while a fully customized production line takes approximately 45–90 days, depending on the specific configuration and production capacity.

6.Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning services overseas?

Yes. We can dispatch engineers to the site to supervise installation, commissioning, trial runs with actual feed material, and operator training. We also offer remote video guidance.

7.How do you ensure that the final mineral processing recovery rate and product grade meet the required standards?

Based on ore test data, we repeatedly optimize process parameters during the commissioning phase to ensure that the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract are met after production begins.

8.What are the approximate electricity consumption, chemical consumption, and operating costs for the production line?

We will provide detailed estimates in the formal proposal, including electricity consumption, water consumption, chemical consumption, wear-and-tear on consumable parts, and labor costs.

9.What materials can the calcination equipment process?

Our rotary kilns and calcination furnaces are suitable for the roasting, activation, and calcination of various materials, including ore concentrates, limestone, kaolin, sludge, and non-metallic minerals.

10.Can the grinding equipment achieve the fineness we require?

Yes. Ball mills, rod mills, vertical mills, and other equipment can produce materials ranging from coarse sand to fine powder according to your needs, meeting the fineness requirements of various processes such as flotation, gravity separation, and leaching.

11.How long is the equipment warranty? What about wear parts?

The main equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty. Wear parts are not covered by the warranty, but we supply original manufacturer parts at factory prices on a long-term basis.

12.Can you ensure a stable supply of wear parts in the long term? Is shipping fast?

Yes. We maintain year-round inventory of wear parts such as liners, impellers, steel balls, gears, and bearings, and can ship them quickly worldwide.
