Project Overview
The Chongqing project required a mobile crushing and screening system for processing granite and limestone at a design capacity of 1,800 TPD. The customer selected Zhongyi Mining’s mobile equipment for the project, with the production line arranged to complete primary crushing, secondary crushing, and screening within a compact mobile configuration.
The process uses a mobile jaw crushing station for primary crushing, followed by a mobile impact crushing and screening station for further size reduction and classification. After the equipment arrived on site, Zhongyi engineers provided installation guidance and worked with the local team during commissioning and trial operation to check equipment connections, material transfer, and overall process operation.

For this project, Zhongyi Mining configured a two-stage mobile crushing system for granite and limestone. The mobile jaw crushing station is used for primary crushing, while the mobile impact crushing and screening station completes secondary crushing and screening. The two units are connected as one production line to carry out the main rock processing stages.
The mobile equipment uses an integrated design, reducing the need for extensive fixed foundations and simplifying installation at the project site. The configuration is suitable for the customer’s working conditions and provides a practical way to crush and screen the raw rock into required aggregate products.

After commissioning, the production line entered regular operation for granite and limestone processing. During production, the equipment maintained steady material feeding and discharge, and the finished aggregate was separated by the configured screening stages.
The mobile units provided a compact production setup at the project site and kept the crushing and screening equipment integrated. This arrangement met the customer’s on-site production requirements while avoiding unnecessary fixed-plant structures around the main processing equipment.
