Project Overview
This project is a stationary ore crushing and sand making production line located in Wuxi, Chongqing, with a design processing capacity of 3,500 TPD. The customer had previously worked with Zhongyi Mining and selected the company again for this project based on their previous cooperation and confidence in its equipment and technical support.
Zhongyi Mining supplied the complete crushing and sand making equipment for the project. The process combines jaw crushing, impact crushing, and fine crushing to reduce the incoming ore and produce manufactured sand. After equipment delivery, Zhongyi engineers provided on-site installation guidance and assisted with practical construction and equipment setup issues. The production line completed installation and commissioning and entered regular operation.

For this project, Zhongyi Mining configured a three-stage crushing process to meet the customer’s ore processing requirements and design capacity of 3,500 TPD.
- Jaw Crusher: Performs primary crushing, reducing large raw ore into smaller pieces for subsequent processing.
- Impact Crusher: Carries out secondary crushing to further reduce the material size.
- Fine Crusher: Performs tertiary crushing to reduce the material further for manufactured sand production.
The three stages are connected by belt conveyors to form a continuous crushing process. Equipment selection and process arrangement were based on the project’s production requirements and site conditions. The final product size and suitability for downstream applications depend on the feed characteristics, equipment configuration, and operating parameters.

After commissioning, the production line entered regular operation at the Wuxi site. The jaw crusher, impact crusher, and fine crusher perform successive size-reduction stages, with belt conveyors transferring material between the processing units.
The completed system provides the customer with an integrated crushing process for ore processing and manufactured sand production. The available project information confirms that the line was commissioned and put into production, but does not provide measured throughput records, finished-product grading data, or quantified operating-cost reductions.
